A city management game with cute critters, and a lot of violence.
A good puzzle game, with interesting mechanics and great art
While this is not the best Paradox game, even with their known problem of needing DLCs to work correctly other games have better vanilla experience. Having said that, the problem is that if this was a work from some B list producer it would have been a good game, as a Paradox game it's mediocre, but still enjoyable.
