This game is gorgeous, with an unforgettable soundtrack and beautiful visuals representing Naija's undersea world. She may not look not look like a mermaid, but Naija has all the characteristics of one. These were what convinced me to try this, even though I'm not into these types of games.
On the surface, this game's story is a little confusing and a tad unpleasant. But if you can accept that this is about a cursed family and their equally cursed house, with Edith exploring it and making sense of the curse, it has sparks of creativity and an impressive setting. If nothing else, stick around for what happened to Barbara. But tread carefully with Gregory.
I'd say that this was the best use of the Ken Silverman's Build Engine. The elements of masochism and horror make Blood such a treat to play. I especially love setting Cultists on fire!
An FPS Classic with tons of character, but not without being unfair at times.
