I purchased this game when it first came out and loved it. Loaned it to a friend and never got it back, so I purchased it again. I couldn't tell you how many hours I have logged to date, but I can tell you that this is my fourth time purchasing this game. If you are looking for a space game with roots in the past that is a blast, look no further. Three ships to upgrade to choose from, a fair selection of weapons, commodity exchange for making money, and missions to run. The story is great, the game is replayable, the adventures and troubles you can get into are fantastic. I am a longtime fan of the Wing Commander/Privateer Verse. Thanks to GoG I have my collection back in it's completion.
