ignore the error saying system requriments not met. to play fullscreen with no issues dissable the louncher then go to game directory folder find the game exe click propeties then compatiblity and turn off fullscreen optimalization. after that game should run good also u can install unoffical community patch from nexusmods that should have with some game mechanic bugs
