I'd like to give you an honest review of the game, but I can't because I literally cannot play it. It has no in-game control rebind option. It has a text file that can supposedly allow you to rebind keys by manually editing the file; however, it simply does not work. After hours of editing, deleting, recreating the file, and opening and closing the game to the point where I'm starting to hate the look of it, I still have the default controls in game. I've read people on forums say they're also struggling to get the key rebinds to work, while others have been successful with it. So, it's a gamble. If you habitually rebind keys in games, whether because of disability, left-handedness, or any other reasons, I would advise against buying this game, because there's a pretty good chance you won't be able to play it.
