This isn't a long game. maybe 2 or 3 hour to finish the main story. Not hard when you understand how to manage things. The story is there but thin. Graphics are nice and well done. About the morals choices you can make there is only one as far as i can tell, and the mental healt isn't something you can take care, so the description of the game isn't quite true. You will learn more about the characters, reading when then talk to themselves, but never to eachothers. If you like small microgestion game, go for it. But i recommand you buy it when it's on sale.
A well done first episode with his flaws. This game put the basis of all the assasin's creed saga for the better and the worse. You will explore several cities, completing mission to gather intels on your target. The mission are all the same from one city to another and ou have 9 targets. That's why people are telling this game is repetitive. To enjoy the game, you have to force you to not check your map, and to walk randomly in the city. That way, you're enjoying the world more paying attention to details. The combat system is interesting. Easy to learn and mastering it by working your timing. Black Spot : the enemies attack one at a time. So when there is a lot a enemies the combat is more about a game of right timed counter attack. Not very funny.
First things first, the game artistic direction nailed it. Panel, art, characters are really nice, every thing have a personnality, you believe the world you play in. The story is good with some interesting characters development. The little cinematics that take places like animated page of comics are well done. This is the strong side of this game. Some weak point : the labial synchronization is off. The game have a lot of details and that's great, but in the other hand, you barely see objects you must use to solve the riddles. So i was reduce to sweep my screen with my mouse to catch what i missed. There is no logic in the solving sometimes : one moment in the game a character told you that he can't support spicy food, and what do you do ? you spice the food in front of him and then give it to him... I admit i had to go see the playthrouth several time to see the end of the game, but maybe that's on me. I haven't done many point and click/riddles type of game in my life. Overall a good story with a unique design. If you're not use to this type of game you will struggle for sure.
You play as a bird taking vacation on an island. Exploring, talking to the other birds and helping them out, hiking and flying, everything is made for you to let go. The control a fluid as hell, the sentation of flying espacially after a little while when you have some upgrade is awesome. The pixel art is nicely done. Same for the music. The characters are written with humor. If you're looking for a cute little game to chill without worries that's the game. A short Hike for a short and relaxing little game.
I didn't expect this. The story is really good and the world, the atmosphere captivating and unique. The whole game take place in a building. You will talk to residents, through their story and dialogue you will learn about the world and how people leave, survive in it. Sometimes you will have to solve case, like side quest. But those are great. I admit i was a bit lost because there is a lot of thing hapening at the same time. I will tell no more about the story, it would be a shame to spoil you. The gameplay is quite simple. You walk, exploring, getting lost in the building sometimes, ask people around, using your implant who grant you a special vision to solve case. If you're an adept of well made cyberpunk word, and if you don't mind gore you will love it.
The story and characters are well written. The voice acting is one of the strong side of this game. I don't want to talk to much about it, because it will spoil you the game. The gameplay is fluid without bugs and enigmas aren't too harsh yet realistic. And if you're stuck you can call for help in the game. You don't have the time to be bored. I recommand it.
I wanted to start playing city-builders games. I didn't know where to start, and i was told this was a great game. Well it is ! The strategic dimension and micro managment is really high, but not too harsh. A real pleasure to watch your city grow and your building evolving. There is always something to do. Watch for the gods, make sure they are happy, you can rise or low the taxes, you have to set your water installation correctly, you need to make sure the food is well distributed, you can trade, import, export, produce soldier to defend yourself. The sound design is cool, the graphics old but nice. If you're into that kind of game, and you don't mind the "old" looking, go for it.
I enjoyed it. The gameplay is original and the game is nice. First of all, you have two game in one. If you chose not to kill or to kill, the gameplay and the strategy will be totally different. If you chose to kill everyone, the game will be easier. But if you chose too be sneaky beayky this will add some challenge who is really welcome. The plot is thin but sufficient. Some blackspots : Overall it's quite repetitive (but still very fun) and buggy. There is only two types of enemies and there is only maybe 4 or 5 voices for all of them. The IA lacks of intelligence. The game is good but it could be much more. That's a shame.
This game is short, 3 hours short. But those 3 hours really are nice to play. The game is beautiful, the light is really kicking. As for the story, i liked it, there was some really nice part, betwen dream and reality, and have powerful scene. I'm looking forward for the next game of this studio. It's not perfect, some of you might be bored by it, and that's understandable.
Play this game in the dark, with headphones and enjoy. It will take you a few hours if your not use to the old mechanics. But it's worth it. If you're not a native english speaker, put the subtitles on, it will help you. That is all i'm gonna say.
