I think everyone who is interested in SimCity4 had been playing it, so no need to write down how good it is again. However I struggled with Win10 with my old install CDs, so I'm glad GOG came to solve this. However, I'd wish for language selection during installation or first launch instead of having to look deep in game files. I'd also wish for widescreen resolution to be set as available before 1st launch.
This is the last and only game from my childhood which I wasn't able to play on modern hardware. Even virtual machine didn't help. I'm really glad the game is now reworked to be compatibile with Win7/8/10. It's as amazing as I remember it from many years ago. Not always so obvious. Runs great on laptop with Windows 7 and Mobile Radeon GPU.
