The fixed camera angle, the thrill of not knowing what's around the next corner, the puzzle solving, the constant worry of running low/out of ammo, always wondering when Mr. X is gonna come smashing through the wall... it really gets your heart pumping, in the Resident Evil games, every choice you make is a life saving one, you never know when your luck may finally run out in these games.
