Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight

Nice challenge based Metroidvania

For the record, i've never touched the rest of the series, in fact i was shocked to learn it was i nfact a series, that aside... I am sucker for Souls-like Metroidvanias, and this game filled that niche, the challenge is high yes, but nothing you can't simply dodge your way out, the bosses will test your mettle especially since they have a neato gadget if you beat them flawlessly (That said, if you can beat them with no hits don't bother getting it) Smaller compared to most games of the genre i love the fact it never overstays its welcome, give it a shot

The Mummy Demastered

A good game... with some flaws

-The map lacks the notches that indicate a passage, while sense making in the hidden rooms, all the map lack them +Addictive Metroid-esque gameplay, complete with its own take on the spark jump -Medals does jack and only serve as bragging rights +Bosses are puzzles -Lack of viable recovery options aside of big chunks of grinding for life pick ups +Short but long enough to give you a shooting game fix -half of the weapons get obsolete real quick +Over all a nice homage to Metroid, including dubstep tracks
