The game is fun to play through although the free play is repetative. Gun play is not the best but still enjoyable and almost all of the enemies die quickly on normal difficulty so it is still fun. Story is ok and kept me engaged throughout. Best part of the game is blowing things up and causing mayhem!
I enjoyed my playthrough and again it felt amazing running around a cutting through enemies. My least favorite part was the open world part of the game. It slowed the pace of the game. My favorite addition to the game was checkpoints throughout the level so now you can leave and come back where you left off without having to restart the level.
The game is short, around 5 hours but is very fun to play. Easy to get into and just enjoy the world without feeling anxious about beating a level or boss.
Great DLC to the main game that is more or less the same except for the special abilities. On the shorter side but I still had a lot of fun. If you enjoyed the base game you will enjoy this DLC.
Very fun game overall. It is on the difficult side so be prepared but if you play on normal nothing is overly difficult. The games length is also perfect without it feeling like it drags on.
The gunplay is absolutely fantastic, probably the best part about this game. If you want to play something where you can just run and gun Trepang 2 is for you. There are horror elements to the game but nothing too scary. The story is ok and was able to keep my attention throught the campaign. The campaign is short, about 6 hours for me, but there are challenge levels you can complete to extend the game. Overall I am extremely happy with my experience and I hope they make a sequel.
