The writing is mediocre, the characters are forced, the ideas are sophomoric, the politics are absolutely dire. I loved the drink mixing mechanic and it strikes me as something that would be really interesting to see evolve over the course of a game that has the proper length to accomodate doing so. As it is now, it seems like it's a really cool idea that was cut down in the service of telling a truly mediocre story that ended before it had even really started. Overall a big disappointment considering how much I appreciated Gods Will Be Watching.
