Absolute art, but strange mix of genres
An absolute wonderfull game, that saddens me to drop it without reaching the final.
It's very enjoyable, but I guess it's simply not for me anymore.
The game tries to mix a rich and immense lore, with interesting gameplay, mechanics, puzzles, exploration, etc. and introduce so many genres and mechanics, that feels more like bite off more than one can chew.
The plot of the story progresses in very small steps, presenting characters that don't show again after hours and hours in the game.
The mix of quests, fighting, exploration and puzzles is odd. The game requires a lot of commitment on your part, and you have to be willing to give it.
Yeah, I know. There are options for adapt the game to your likings, and make the fights and/or puzzles more easy. And that's good. Even so, too much fighting that feels forced and that you must do.
(And the parkour is fun for a small time, but the camera perspective and the level design does not help at all)
The good part for me is the astonishing pixelart and music.
In conclusion: It's a good game. I had a good time. Not my cup of tea I guess.
