Story, dramaturgy, suspense - it's 11/10. And it's opinion of person, who in general belevies that story in games is as important as in adult movies. The end of act 1 is so moving... The last game, which I had this emotional connection was Max Payne (1&2). That being sad, game has some issues. Driving is... aceptable, the same is shooting. There is tension in fights, but shooting is not implemented in any good way. Graphics are good outside (Night City is amgazing), on the other hand I don't like interiors. but it might be just a matter of taste. Overall it's a great game, very simmilar to Witcher 3. In fact for me it's a "witcher with guns'. If driving and shooting was implemented in better way, the score would be 5/5. I played 1.05 version on Geforce Now.
