I love the VaS franchise and I totally understand this game being released in early access, BUT, it gets hung up on the most basic things.. like saving the game. It's to be expected that an EA game comes with some bugs, but having my very capable gaming PC that can run DCS no problem gets hung up on a strategy game this easily is frustrating. Game freezes and weird glitches need to be fixed in updates or else this game will not be playable very long. It seems to slow down as the campaign progresses because you are adding units and the complexity of the campaign increases along with it so more to process at once, but if that is the case and I am not even all the way through 1940 this is going to be a very long slog to get to the finish line. I really hope the devs see this review because they seriously need the feedback. Overall I like the game mechanics in this version way better than VaS Pacific which was fun but tedious gameplay at times with the micro-management of units and their "morale" and individual unit rations that constantly needed babying. This game has better thought out UI with some major tweaks they could make that would make it more enjoyable. Please fix this game!! I want to love it and play it several times once it's fixed.
