Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault is a standout title, especially for its time. The AI is remarkably ahead of its peers, with both your teammates and enemies using callouts and dynamically responding to each other, as well the situation. It feels like you're part of a team, not the typical lone hero, which really sets it apart from modern shooters. The "realistic" difficulty isn't just about making enemies bullet sponges; it enhances the immersion, making the challenge feel authentic. It’s similar to the Pacific campaign in Call of Duty: World at War but with smoother, more organic team interactions that I find lacking in a lot of today's games. Given the price, it’s absolutely worth experiencing.
