The game is much influenced by the 1976 horror movie "The Omen", which per se would not be too bad. Yet, and this is were the big IF comes in, the game is quite linear. OK, you play Satan's son (a creepy father - animation wise) and have to kill almost all the people in the house in one defined way. You heard right, there is only one way to play that game. The story also gives you no reason, why you should want to kill them all. They are generally not bad people whose souls deserved the hellish treatment. Quite interesting storywise, is that Lucuis, so you, doesn't speak - a thing that no one seems to notice until it is too late. A silent protagonist in an adventure? Well. As for creepyness, "Lucius" won't give you nightmares. All right it might, if a bad and unmotivated story, wooden animation and a general sense of what the..., frighten you. There are much better games out there, some of them really scary to spend you hard earned cash on.
