Terraria

Ive been playing this since 2012

There's something about this game that bonds with me spiritually, I just cant explain it. It speaks to me on an otherworldly level in ways I cannot fathom. Sure I've had my frustrations with it, but it has never kept me away. This isnt just a game, its up there with greatest pieces of art created by us humans.

Project Wingman

For Ace Combat fans, by Ace combat fans

To my delight, I connected my Dualshock 3 to my PC via SCP-Toolkit and the game recognizes it instantly (albeit as an X360 controller). I am able to play the game just like how I was able to play Ace Combat on a Playstation 2. It even works well with the DS3 rumble feature! The controls are burned into my mind and they translate EXACTLY into this game. Gameplay wise it plays exactly like Ace Combat. Excellent visuals, Ace Combat like voice acting etc. Couldnt ask anything more. 10/10

STAR WARS™ Empire at War: Gold Pack

Broken GOG port. Get Steam version.

Apparently when trying to play this game with mods, the game has a fatal flaw when trying to load a save file. The game crashes rendering all your mods useless. After reading up on the issue it turns out Petroglyph games only patched the Steam version to fix the save game bug. The GOG port unfortunately is the same as the retail disc version which also has the same flaw.

STAR WARS™ Battlefront (Classic, 2004)

NPC heroes! Gungan Genocide!

Yes you heard that right. NPC heroes. Unlike the sequel you actually had AI heroes jumping about around the map rallying your troops and giving you that extra morale boost needed to win the day. I loved this feature back then and was disappointed to find out it was gone from Battlefront II. Oh and I fondly remember being able to mow down hordes of gungans with their puny (but deadly) shock grenades. Oh the memories!
