Escape of Lydia is too short and utilizes the content and location of main game.Why georgian patriot Lydia kills georgian soldiers?Very stupid plot. I wanted to talk about Sabotage dlc. It has new map and missions,ok.But the plot is awfull. I enjoyed main game, killing Russia-backed separatists as I know what human trash russiand pay througout the globe to do dirty job. In 2008 they attacked Georgia and captured territories. Nato helped G. but 4 millioun nation could not stand a chance against war machine of biggest country in the world(game only hints on its involvement and present conflict as civil war). The Sabotage dlc is epitome of West liberal trendy principle:lets listen to both sides,in conflict both sides are guilty.Excuse me, Russian officials publicly confessed the trained and financed separatists in Gerogia 3 YEARS beforehand the planned attack, they made weapon and ammo cashes.Georgia defended itself against pure evil, like Ukraine does atm. Russia and its henchmen are ill-famous for their war crimes wherever thay invade.Google "Bucha genocide" about attrocities done by Russian soldiers in Ukraine. But in Sabotage DLS you kill Georgian soldiers and VIPs.OK, Robbert is brain-washed but we can see real evidences ingame and in dossiers that separatists are the victims of blood-thirsty Georgians?What the hell CI games?Sometimes conflicts are simply good vs evil,like Georgia 08 08 2008. - great soundtrack,created specially for game Georgian songs - good gunplay - I am completionist, main game+DLCs took me 75 hours to do/unlock/coplete everything - buggy,my favorite one - I got 98% of achievement - but didn't get the last "Unlock all achievement":| - qute unstable, cryengine errors. Sometimes FPS drops, especially in Sabotage main missions in huge locations with a lot of light sources. Also game crashed 7/10 when closing it - liked the serious undertones of gloomy military shooter-Far CRy 2 style, main game, untill Supersoldiers and secret society stuff
I really liked the main game, especially first 3/4 of it. First, it is a serious military shooter, not a funny heck-around like Far Cry and other shooters become. Serious, dull, sad and gloomy atmoshere of thorn country. Tortured and executed cilvilian bodies, ruined cars, houses and infrastructure. It reminds a serious tones of Far Cry 2. Open Mountain world and map with outposts and side activities and parkur is like Far Cry 5. Game is like a hybrid of Far Cry and Sniper Elite franchises. Game doesn't try to hide what war it occurs in - 2008 war of Russia and its puppet separatists in Georgia.If you look at photos of what South Osetia and Abhasia has become - it reminds ingame world. There are many peculiar details that show developers took a lot of real-life references.Like Georgian listen to radio with georgian songs and russian fun-club separatist listen to primitive russian hip-hop on outposts (I can understand the lyrics). Separatists wear russian-made fatigues "gorka" (you can see a lot of those in Russia-occupied region of Ukraine separatists). Separatists use russian AKs and snipers while Georgians in DLCs M-style rifles, American multicam, cevlar helmets and NATO vests.Light spolier: The last chapters with conspiracy theories of secret worl-changing organization that makes super-soldiers ruin the seriousness of the game abous historic conflict.Plot is a bit awkward.Game has a fair amounts of bugs, the ones with achievements are most discouraging, but no blockers.DLCS are even worse in quality and plot. Escape of Lydia is 2 short mission in already known main game locations and all the same content but 1 new rifle and model of protagonist and new faction.Why georgian patriot Lydia(main game)starts to kill Georgian soldiers-escapes me. Sabotage is bigger, features a new small map and several missions. What I didn't like - histirocaly based game mentions a lot that NATO helps Georgia but quite silent about ultimative Russian involvement - only hints on it
