If you're like me, and remember the glory days of gaming on the Atari ST, then you remember Dungeon Master. The peak of FPS party dungeon crawling. The game that not only set the bar high, but actually forged the bar, and mounted the damned thing in the first place. Well, Grimrock is not that game. Really. Just ask the devs. Nope.... Same maps. Same puzzles. Same mobs with reskins. Better lighting and graphics. A modern remaster of a game that was so good, they couldn't let it die. Buy it. Enjoy it. Escape the mountain again.
The Talos Principle is an amazing game, but it has one serious drawback. I sit down to play for maybe a half hour to kill some time, and the next thing I know, it's 3 hours later. 😁
