Children of the 80's as I am can only love that game
While I used to play a lot of the KKnD Xtreme demo, I never really enjoyed the second KKnD that much: not only are the cinematics, graphics, and animations much worse than the 1st one, there isn't anything memorable about this game: the atmosphere from KKnD 1 is lost, game feels more balanced but if you want a competitive game you shouldn't play these two decades games. So, weak presentation, weak plot, humor feels forced while it worked in the first one. Overall, weak game. 2/5 is what it should have (1st one would be a solid 3.5/5 in comparison).
Lots of people pretend Heroes III is even better, more polished, more balanced. While these can be true to some extent, the atmosphere, music, and overall enjoyment from this one simply crush what the third one has to offer.
