I had fun playing it! It's definitely not a flawless experience however. The maps look pretty, but as a tool for navigation they could be putting more emphasis on clarity rather than detail. I find the current ones to be a bit messy. The quest log/journal also often only says the bare minimum. I would personally prefer something that gives more hints and context. Combat is also fun, if a bit repetitive. Writing is serviceable but not great. Some level design choices are questionable. These largely come down to having things you're meant to avoid in order to not take damage. This in itself might sound like a perfectly fine thing to have in a game, but when you have a decently sized party following you and imprecise controls, this doesn't make for a very fun experience. That aside, the maps are fine. Overall despite its flaws I definitely think it's a game worth checking out. While I found these flaws somewhat detrimental to the experience I imagine less picky players might not even notice them. Side note: Runs great on Fedora 32!
