Most people seem to rate the third installment of this franchise the hightest. I would rate this higher in my biased opinion, probably by some degree because this was my introduction to HoMM. The music and sound peaked in this game, not matched by its predecessors or successors. The different hero mechanics is quite enjoyable as well in addition to the new tactical element in unit selection when improving your castles. Absolutely recomended|
