Gameplay is good if you like divinity you will like this one Navigation is good as well exploration is excellent and exiting There is a freedom of choice but not by much it is ok Companions are annoying and modern doesn't feel like medieval people or fantasy people for that matter Over-sexualisaion and of course everyone is gay and bi like in the real word right ? If you like immersion this will break it. A lot of modern politics and diversity in medieval setting making the game less fun and autentic for the time period (or for the real world now as well actually) . Check RPGHQ for mods to make it less gay and black it will be at least playable
