The controls make this game so terrible that I couldn't even get past the first level, and I've been gaming since the early 2000s. It's quite annoying when you understand the puzzle perfectly, and yet you still can't complete it due to delays while jumping or your character just bouncing off the wall.
This game is brutally hard. Way too hard. Even in easy mode (and I’ve been playing FPS games for over 16 years and have beaten many games on the hardest difficulty), I died so much and slammed my table so much during Omaha Beach (one of the best levels), and all of the Breakthrough expansion, and I’m not even sure I can force myself to start the spearhead expansion. The major redeeming quality of this game is the still alive multiplayer. You’ll always be able to find a server with at least 5-6 living people, and also bots. It is extremely fun, and for that alone, it is definitely worth $2.49 on sale.
