DRM is a required internet connection for a app on your pc (a game is simple an app), which without DRM would not need that internet connection. To reach a interactive map on a website - you need internet connection. Cause you want to visit a site on the internet. Nothing to do with DRM. Its not even something from Cyberpunk nor CD Projekt.
