I once completed the game as new on Xbox. Now I’ve also acquired it here. During the game, I experienced about 4 random crashes, which wasn’t a big deal. However, in the Kaspik level, there was a persistent crash just before the lighthouse with Guil. The game crashed approximately 7 times in the same spot, culminating in the corruption of my save file. I lost 8 hours of progress, and the GOG Galaxy cloud backup didn’t help. On the Steam forum, I came across a discussion addressing the same issue. The discussion dates back to February 24, 2020. It’s completely unacceptable that after four years, this problem remains unresolved. For me, it’s unplayable, and the technical state is terrible. I’ve never encountered anything like this before
