Yes, its seriously that good. Its good enough to consider "official" canon. Is it perfct? No. Is it free? YES! And its better than Fallout3, Fallout 4 vanilla (which you can even replay within London, as its technically a mod for Fallout 4, but with its own unique story, NO SHAUN, NO PRESTON, just LONDON!)
