Currently, this game is unplayable because of crashing. I have to give it 1/5 for this reason, but i do change the review if this changes. Dont get me wrong, it is a 5/5 game, but im not sure is this GOG version issue in general so i cant give it what it deserves. And i have tried everything. It has annoying habit of crashing every second time when proceeding to next level. I have not likely even once managed to complete a run with this issue. I do have better than minimum requirements, and it does this even at lowest graphics. Repairing does not help. Uninstalling, nope. Im looking for a solution but thus far without a luck.
"Dieselpunk" sounded so good i had to get it, and even gift to my friend until i realized how poorly made garbage i had juist bought. The only game im sad GOG really doesnt practice refunding about.
Dont be fooled by the poor reviews. This game is a puzzle adventure, and many people get stuck not knowing how to go forward, so they give bad reviews. Even simple actions of the game which provide achievements have been achieved by roughly 10 - 15% of people, which tells us how they dont bother to figure out even early puzzles, quit and give bad reviews. But in reality once you get hang of the game and understand how it works, it is a golden masterpiece telling a story. You are meant to do errors, fail and be rewinded back so you figure how to go forward. For the first parts i can give some advice: You should run away from the beast and jump to the rope. When you are at the elevator you need to shoot one door broken with a big shot. This should help you to understand the game better. Highly recommending to give it a try.
