If you like to test your mind a bit this game is the one for you.
I spent allot of time playing Empire earth one and two. Two had a good concept but failed on the epochs. For instance Dark Age is too medival while Middle ages is too renasance. You see this recuring theme allot in Empire earth II. Its pretty clear they had the right idea, but not the time to implement it completely like they did with Empire earth one. Still solid concept, just not finished.
The game loads up perfectly on windows 10, but the problems begin with the game itself. I maxed out the graphics, and engaged vsync. I am currently using a alienware gaming pc, that is not even one year old yet. It starts out and runs normal. From the first mission of the Empire and on wards. Soon after that when I tried to take Taris, before the Fondor mission problems began. In both the space and ground battles I experienced a heavy amount of lag. It got so bad on the ground mission, that I had to close out the app using control, alt, and delete. Not sure what caused this, but for anyone else looking to get this game be wary. If this lag issue can be solved. Then I would highly suggest this game for windows 10 users. It is most enjoyable.
