I used to play this game for HOURS on end. I'm so glad they've found a way to bring it back to be played on a modern pc. Hilarious voice prompts, goofy illnesses and a competitive aspect to boot! Great sim builder game I could not reccomend more if you like a hint of dark humour in your sim/building games.
