I really liked the artstyle, how the story was told, how you get to know the characters and how many random things happened to them. The developers did a great job at those parts! The micromanagement at every camp is nice for a while, but gets a bit too repetative. The too close camera in the worldmap is frustrating, and it sometimes also get stuck on objects. This is the part that needs fixing. All in all a very addictive game that kept me going for 50+ hours.
Just played through the game again after 14 years, and i was just as amazed over how good the story is, and over all the details the devs have put into this game. The odd drops that makes you scratch your head, are they of use or not? All exotic items, weird npcs and their storys, the trouble to fill some slots etc. There's just so much that makes it obvious that the devs loved their game, and most of us gamers really do too.
