Scars Above

Interesting game, short but fun.

I played the game on a gaming laptop AsusStrix Ryzen 6900HX, RTX 3070ti, 16GB ram. The game is very well optimized and the graphics are beautiful. Play it in 1080p with the graphics on ultra and a cap of 90 FPS to have better temperature to CPU/GPU. The game never crashed an maintained 90 FPS with everything at ultra without any problem. The game dosen't suport DLSS of FSR but like i said is very well optimized. This game is not a Souls-like it a 3rd person shooter. I played the game on the highest difficulty which i recommend and finish it in 10 hours. Probably on easy or normal it would be a much shorter experience. You have a melee weapon that you will use only for the first 3 minutes until you will get you universal gun so to speak. You will find upgrades for your ranged weapon which has 4 atacks: electricty, fire, ice and toxic (poison). Every element is good for something:fire burns flesh, electricity it's good against armour, ice for slowing enemies down, toxic in order to corde metal armour. You can combine elements:for exemple if one of the enemies is wet beacuse it is in water or it's raining outside and use electricty this will spread to other enemies; you can shoot with the fire element in the ice in order to create holes for enemies to fall and freeze. The gaming mechanics are very interesting.Every big monster has a weakness to certain element. Beside the weapons you have a skill tree that is very simple but you gain more health, amo, damage, armour etc. EXP is found in cubes that are spread all over the world. You will find pillars which restore your health, ammo, and respawn all enemies.Samina bar is consumed when doging or run just like in souls games. You have injections for insant healing, other consumables and gadgets barrier for protection, decoy traps, slow time gadgets, etc). There are 5 boss fights preaty enjoyable.Th story is ok,nothing special, and the game was enjoyable enough.I really recommend this game.Maybe we will have a sequel (open ending).

Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition

One of my favorites game this one

I played the game on an Strix G15 gaming laptop(Ryzen 6900HX,RTX 3070 TI,16 GB Ram). The game runs well in 1080p at ultra + DLSS on balanced and the framerates are betwen 90 - 60 depending on the area. There are still ocasional bugs with people floating in the air, or you can't acces the phone, the quest marker disappear from the map, but they are not game breaking bugs and a reload of the game solve it. I had 3 crash to desktop on my 160 hours of gameplay after using Win+Tab key to minimize the game. The game is graphically breathtaking from time to time and Night City is a beautiful place in day-time or night-time. I'm a sucker for cyberpunk content and i really loved the game as a presentation. The game it's not really an RPG it's more like a ARPG combined with looter shooter kind of stuffs. The story is interesting enough and has a some plot twists on the way and was really enjoyable. Some of the side quests were interesting and have a nice story to them. The gigs and NCPD jobs were not that great, kind of repetitive actions and fetch kind quests (kill the bad guys, or go silent, solve the objective and get out and get your reward). You can build your character as you want but there are three main playstyles ( using guns - smart, tech or power , using meele blunt weapons or katanas , use hacking ). You can combine all this styles to create your caracther. My V was a nomad, berserk + gorilla arms+Johnny Malorian+Order+Rasetsu or Breaktrough).I don't like the hacking skills, or the smart weapons and even if i tried to use them i returned at punch people in the face or slash them with a katana. the game feels more fun and more personal that way. I recommend to play the game on Very Hard even if at the begging it's a little more difficult, but after you aquire the right cyberware for your build the game beacomes very easy. I didn't die once during my gameplay but i play hardcore games in general. For me the game and DLC was 10/10 and i hope there will be a sequel soon.
