I have just been playing CivCity: Rome. For many Hours. I had no problems. The workers will remain idle, as long as there is nothing for them to do. Let's say you have a well, and a house. The worker, will only fill enough jugs for that house. You build more houses, you will eventually fill more jugs. The people won't just come to a house. They need a job first. Then they will start populating houses. And the wells need to be kind of close to a house. (Click on the house, there will be a green circle. The well needs to be within the green circle.) Same with the butcher. In order for the People to eat the meat, they have to be close to the Butcher. It's that way with other consumables as well. I hope this helped. Me.
So, let me get this straight. A game, where you type in what to do... Sounds odd. Really. I remember playing Infocom games, until I fell asleep in my chair!! WHILE I WAS TYPING!! Some I can kind of remember, and some I can't. I was one of those people who didn't draw maps when I played. Forgot to save, and just kept dying! Hey, but what great fun. And it kind of helps you to know where the keys are on your Keyboard. Ha!! So blind I couldn't SEE THE RATING STARS, RIGHT NEXT TO THE TITLE BOX! {You may edit this out without my sadness.}
