This indy game won me over with is gorgeous artwork, compelling writing that perfectly mirrors the age of the protag. The illustrations are absolutely gorgeous and overflowing with creativity and the funny parts hit as well as the tragic ones. It leaves me wondering WHY can't we get this level of quality from triple A titles with an infinitely higher budget.
There is simply no other adventure game out there that offers this level of freedom, story density and complexity. So many small choices lead to unforeseen consequences and new outcomes that it boggles the mind.
