This game is an absolute blast, and might become an annual Halloween playthrough for me. I do have some nitpicks, during the more open areas the walk speed could be a bit better and combat could use a dodge or block/parry mechanic, maybe few others, but overall I really enjoyed my time. Actually managed to scare me a few times, and other times were stuffed to the gills with fun and, and occasionally adorable, spooky atmosphere. I remember, for the longest time, wanting some kind of modern reboot or remake of CarnEvil and quite frankly this is exactly that. Could not recommend enough.
