GreedFall

Great story, slow paced.

The story is really good and that makes the game feel enjoyable, the mechanics however.. feel a bit unpolished. The movement is rough, it feels like walking in mud most of the time but it's not done poorly, the way you walk/run is natural looking and probably more realistic than most players are used to. However if they were to speed up the game walking speed it would only make you run into invisible fences faster. The constraints of where you can and cannot go are hard because you cannot see them most of the time and you just keep running against invisible walls, so you have to check your map which is a couple buttons to do so, maybe there is a mini-map I haven't found yet. Replayability? Yeah I believe I'll be making a new character now that I've just finished it.

Wasteland 2 Director's Cut Digital Classic Edition

Don't mind the neg. reviews. (Linux)

Short review - I read all the negative reviews, but bought the game (on sale) anyway. I'm glad I did. Still in my first campaign and I understand why the game has some of these reviews. The game is not boring but it does have it's technical problems, as in it crashes every so often. Save your games and it's a non-issue. There are people who have reported fixing their problems for good, I have not achieved that yet but might care enough eventually to fix it, it doesn't crash enough for me to care. The devs were not lazy making this game, it just has some high and low points to it. They did a good job making this like the old-school rpg games, lot's of nostalgia items and quotes that I'm sure a lot of the kids don't understand or have memory of. Fun game, I hope they make another.

Tower of Time

Very glad I picked this one up

Like others have said, this is a hidden gem. This really is a value purchase and I'm stunned that I never heard of it before it was on sale. It can be played casually, save when you want and has decent re-play value. There are choices to make in the game that carry weight to them, favor of party members can increase or decrease with your choices. Keeping this short, if you like this style of RPG then this is a must have for the price. There are some spelling errors here and there but absolutely nothing annoying, the levels are polished the game itself worked flawlessly (linux for me) and I don't believe it crashed a single time for me. Just get it.
