STAR WARS™: Dark Forces Remaster

I cannot justify the price

Like everyone else who saw the price, this remaster will flop hard. 20$ is the highest it should be without any discount. You'd easily sell more copies if the price was reasonable. Sometimes it is best to lose a bit of revenue in order to make your product reach as many people as possible. This is not rocket science. It is basic marketing 101. Then after a longterm sale, you jack the prices back up but instead of 20$, you charge 25$. I'd be more than happy to work for the GoG marketing team just so I could bring my expertise to a gaming platform dedicated to preservation

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance

Dark Alliance 1 cant catch a break

I own this game yet my phsyicao copy is no longer works so I decided to give this a shot. From the very beginning, it looks like they STILL havent fixed the FPS issue as it slows to a near stop and then to only overcompensate making it fast forward so quickly leaving your character to the whims of dreadful fps rates. Which leads players into spending more time downloading mods, editting source code and so on just to get it in a playable state and it almost never works for very long. AVOID THIS GAME. It's physical copies are going for less if you have 6th generation console. It also has a cheat menu built in so you can screw around with gameplay as much as you'd need. I hope I can comeback in a year or so and see the reviews to check on that horrid fps problem. Whoever is calling it good never got past the sewers in the very beginning. The game goes from a snail's pace to a full on sprint to catch you up which ends up getting you killed in a game where dying is pretty much impossible if you've played the game before

Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition

It refuses to work. AVOID BUYING THIS

No amount of repairs or mods can make this version work.

Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition

spammin good reviews despite huge issues

I heard the GoG version was supposed to be a bit more updated. Turns out its even less compatible with modding than the Steam version which is also broken. Im going back to fnv. Save your money and dont bother buying the GoG version. If you dont have it, get a steam key online. At least you can play the Steam version without mods.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition

I cant even play the main game. It refuses to let me start a new game wihtout starting the xpac first. It seems this game continues to be buggy as hell even a decade later

Drakensang

Hidden gem

We need to go back to the days of rpgs like this. Where companies could make something original and not rehashing the same games over and over. If you enjoy mmo's this game is for you. Just subtract the online nature, which actually plays into the games strengths instead of making everyone in an mmo as the main character. You know the game. Stay away from it, play older rpgs and rediscover what real storytelling and lore is.
