I got an email yesterday telling me that this game had finally been re released on Gog and I'm thrilled. I''ve even told friends that it has finally on gog and hopefully they'll buy it too. I didn't get to spend a lot of time on this game as a kid in the ps1 era because there was a fault on the disc and I couldn't get another, but now I can put in as many hours as I want. I've played little over an hour so far and it has brought back so many good memories for me and for other people. I genuinely hope that more people will discover Breath of fire 4 and give it a chance. I still have a few funny memories of Mr tomato nose (Yohm) and seeing a whole cast of people from juggling frog men, a guy obsessed with his tube, to horse men that still make me laugh. Words cannot express how much enjoyment I used to get out of this game and I'm sure I still will.
I got this game a few days ago and it's extremely short for the price you pay. This game ends exactly where it should be taking off and you wonder wth happened. I truly wish this game was far longer because it certainly can be enjoyable, but for the price I paid it just isn't really worth it.
I got this game on sale a few days ago and I like it, but the game is very, very laggy. I've tried all the fixes but nothing seems to help. If you do buy this game just remember that it can still lag even if you have a great computer (especially when it rains). The game has a lot going for it, but the lag can be frustrating and make the game nearly unplayable. The game is really worth getting and playing if you can get it to play without the problems I've had.
