Unfortunately, this doesnt run on even windows 8.1 so it definately wont work on 10, it plays in a tiny 640x800 pixel window in the center of your screen. Mite work properly on a virtual box but if you dont know what that is, or you dont run windows 98 or a previous OS to that, your probably going to be dissapointed.
