I'm so conflicted, the nostalgia of my childhood on the snes wants me to like this, but too much is not groovy here. It's running in dosbox and I'm not sure if that is the issue, but I get weird input lag sometimes that was never an issue on the console. The worst sin of them all for this version of the game to me, is the audio. Not only did they 'update' the OST, for better or for worse. I was expecting my snes version of the soundtrack. ALSO, the sound effects are not working at all for me. No gun shots, no worm whipping, no Jim screaming out when hit. None of it. Buy on sale, hope things get fixed up here.
My only gripe with Inside is that it's a bit short and it has no replayability. It does offer great platforming and an exciting story though.
