**Note, I own it on steam and all my playtime is there** It's ugly, the learning curve is fantastically steep, but it is the best 4X game I have ever played. Period. I would recommend getting Icemania's mods before you play; it makes the game even better. If you've not heard of it or are unsure you'd like it get it anyway. It really is that good.
