I found better trash in a trash bin.
It's sad to write a negative review, but at this point I have to. The many bugs I've encountered weren't gamebreaking so I didn't care much and played it and liked it. But now I've encountered a bug were I don't get any perk points, so hopefully the next patch fixes this so I can play again.
