Heroes 5 learned from some of the mistakes in Heroes 4 that slowed gameplay down too much. It allows more customization of heroes than the previous games and this expansion adds two factions, dwarves and orcs, that have very different gameplay styles. Each faction has its own specialty, making a higher difference in strategies available.
I enjoy the King's Bounty games, but most seem to have glitches and this is no exception. I have to skip the intro video or it will lock up the game and I have encountered a couple fights already that lock the game up as well.

The game plays pretty true to the original board game with an extra addition of fate points (rerolling die rolls) and balancing characters through extra lives. My only complaint is the immobilize spell seems broken since I can only target myself.
