The gameplay for me is not very interesting or exciting and the story, while somewhat interesting is a little short for a game like this. I have a RTX3080 and performance is fine if you don't turn on all the BS bells n whistles, I feel like this game is ultimately just a tech demo for RT in the way Ashes of the Singularity was used to bench games for a time. Haven't even mentioned the DLC which is the price of a standard game in my location so I don't own it nor will purchase in the future, I bought the base game discounted physically from a real store. Pretty disapointing ultimately and not very excited for Witcher 4 or Cyberpunk 2.
Loads and works fine on Windows 11 until you launch mission then nothing. A shame, this is one of my all time favourite games a mash up of WH40K and X-COM. Hopefully there is a fix.
As a fan of tabletop gaming the gameplay is exactly what I wanted after adding turn based support! My only complaint would be the optimisation mostly for load times but it's not end of the world.
Seems overly complecated but it is what I thought a Witcher board game would be like with the overall theme staying true to the material it's just not very easy to understand and jump into.
Where to start, the game seems very solid in it's mechanics and ideas and I was enjoying it a lot but techically it has a myriad of problems. Started with the saves dissapearing and the ability to save locked, then had another bug where the game would not progress from the management screen and now after starting a new campaign and doing a few random contracts everything seemed fine until a story mission now the game just hard crashes and locks my whole PC so I have to shut it down and reboot physically. Very disapointed and fed up at the moment with another rushed buggy launch but hopeful these things will be fixed...
