Loved the old, love the new. In big war strategy games I always like to be more like "one general" rather than the "king". I keep my kingdom small ally some people then just help them in there wars with one army and one big city to support that army. This game allows that perfectly while giving me tons of freedom to build my general. Truly both the old ones from before and these newer ones are my favorite strategy games ever.
Original story is good enough, interesting characters too. Storm expansion gives you the best feeling of dnd but its short unfortunatly. Also there is a character builder online so you can plan your character up to level 30, highly recomend.
Think Baulders gate but with less talking and story and more fighting.
