if this would be some random vamipre game it would probably get 3 to 3.5 stars, but as a Bloodlines this is -5 stars - no weapons, mele only, i guess wanderer is a kung fu meister, every enemy is armed tho, fun (you can use droped weapons telekineticaly but not in person wtf) - no block??? attack only, you have some kinds of vampiric dodge, which i haven't mastered - no items besides few potions - no skills/abilites - vampiric powers are usless in combat, ie celerity is auto gained after you feed? for like 2 seconds ... - vampiric sub-powers are not tied to xp but you need to needlesly feed of marked npcs to get some stupid points so you can upgrade????? - can't use vampiric powers directly ... need to press mouse button target and then chose the key of power, ok so it's mass effect, only problem is in ME game was paused here it's not - NO SAVE, it auto saves at invisible checkpoins, so if you accidently die, have to redo whole thing - no 3rd person view.... i could go on but i only managed to get to 1st boss before i pressed alt+f4, had to beat his ass 3 times, fun ... not Anyway maybe i am to old for this crap, but this certanly isn't anything close to original expirience
Considering the age we are in, this game is great, no woke propaganda, beautiful game and caracter design, solid game play, not like some other french trash company...
no clue why, but this game is just epic, i keep returning to it at least once per year
It may not be BG1 or BG2 but it is a masterpice of its time as far as shitty AAAA game development is nowdays
Hard and fun no hand holding
I must say i am loving the game so far, and I had no problem with it's performance, beside the trees everywhere, and that was fixed with instaling latest drivers, I don't realy know about FPSs since i dopn't have the FPS meter, but game runs smoothly for me, gunfights are ok, haven't noticed any "lag" or slowing of movement and similar. in 12h or so i played 0 crashesh and 0 reloads needed because of any graphical glitches or similar. Only two anoying thigs for me so far are driving, for some "unkown reason" I always manage and run ower some pedestrians, so I ended moving on foot/waypoints. And aggressivnes of police, sometimes I feel like I am a wanted person or something because when passing crime scenes in the city they would just get aggresive and start shooting on me :( Runing this on default ultra setting (that game auto set up on start) on: Intel Core i7 7800X @ 3.50GHz 32gb ram 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 2tb regular HDD Intelel Optane+233GBSSD (not sure if optane has any impact on loading times and general gameplay tho)
