(Originally played on PS4 as a PlayStation Plus Freebie) I'll start by saying that I own a few of Telltale's titles on console (Walking Dead, Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands) yet I haven't finished any of them yet, this one I did finish. At the price of free this was not worth it. At £22.99 it really isn't worth it. Your choices feel like they have very little impact, and even though older Telltale titles post Walking Dead were linear this one felt even more restrained by both it's game play and source material. The original characters were on the bland side, with some having potential to be interesting but either don't do much in the story or are around for so little time that it was pointless having them around. Trying to weave them around pre-existing characters events could of worked, but here nothing much happened to make me really care about what was going on. There are barely any puzzles too, I can only remember one in a jail cell that had me wandering around less than a minute to figure it out, with the rest of the episode being nothing but dialogue choices and QTEs. That's it, and most of the game is like this, sometimes only having player control in sequences of characters walking slowly down hallways. And, Telltale, you seriously need a new game engine! Newer titles are getting increasingly buggy and unstable with this engine from 2012 that hasn't changed much since. You were better off making actual adventure games with actual puzzles along the lines of Sam and Max or Monkey Island. If you want to make movies or a TV series, make those. Don't masquerade them as games. And stop with the Season pass discs, they are a really stupid idea (Not related to GOG as at least you get all the game files here, but just stop it.)
