I used Reshade with a good CRT shader and something called "Curves" and it made the game look great. The cutscenes are still low quality and the voice audio has some distortion. I know there are fixes for those too but they haven't been working for me. Still I played through it with a controller and honestly the keyboard controls are really great too. Hold 'Esc' to run!
Running pretty smooth at 1680x1050 with Ultra Setting+V-Sync but UberSampling disabled on a Core 2 Duo 2.8 Ghz, HD 5850, and 4GB DDR2.
