Doom, simply put, is the greatest FPS ever made, sure it may be light on its already pretty insane plot, and its engine isn't even capable of putting 2 rooms directly on top of each other but its aged perfectly, Doom and its sequel helped invent and solidify the FPS genera, a genera that become one of the largest genera out there. A important thing to note with Doom is that despite being positively ancient the modding community is strong with new maps, gameplay mods (I recommend Demonsteele and Reelism myself) and even source ports popping up all the time, If you haven't played Doom definitely do it, you wont regret it!
This game is one hell of a game, I will give it that BUT be warned that the PC version is buggy as hell, if you are going to buy this game dig up a PS2 copy because its by far superior than the PC one
Why is this piece of internet antiquity still getting games, why is it on GOG it barley a game let alone good or old. For those in the dark, the titular Slender, or Slenderman is a creepypasta started in 2009 on the Something Awful forums which someone turned into a indie "game" where you have to collect 8 pages before the Slenderman kills you. It only gained popularity through youtuber and failed lab experiment "Pewdiepie" Screeched his way through the original detritus and its squeals/remakes/mods, making the jump scare simulator highly popular, unfortunately popular enough for the equal you see before you. Don't buy it, don't pirate it, don't even play the originals it simply is not worth ANYTHING!
