I've heard this game was good for a while, but only decided to play it after a recommendation by a friend. No regrets, the game has the required choice and consequence of a good rpg, and while the combat is crap it is tolerable and doesn't detract.
Unfortunately fails to be a good rpg, with the story being too railroaded, however the combat is very good and night city is great looking, if a little shallow.
Claimes that this game is 'outdated' or 'clunky' or 'boring' are waaaay overstated. This game is fun as long as you put in the small amount of effort to learn the basics, the story is great, lots of choice and consequence and it is much better paced than the sequel.
